I am very angry and frustrated with my experience with Dr. Talley. 5,400 dollars got me a plastic mouthguard, 7 visits and very little relief. When the mouthguard (which is incredibly similar to one my regular dds made for $ 300, despite Dr. Talley’s claims otherwise) I was dropped. No explanation or reason, simply that this is all they are going to do. Do not believe their claims that they will engage in multiple courses of treatment. You will be charged an additional amount for any other treatments. This contradicts all the amazing procedures they claim they will do to treat your pain in your initial consultation (which is really a sales routine). Everything is extra. The situation is so egregious, I cannot believe they haven’t received complaints from the dental board for taking advantage of hurting and desperate people.
Do not make the mistake I made. I should have spoke up sooner and will never again pay any provider up-​front for care until I have an established relationship.
