Ellie was very helpful and friendly! They had my glasses ready in 20 mins! And with the promo they are having I saved a lot of money.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I’ve never seen a staff anywhere treat customers so poorly. If they weren’t ignoring you, they were talking to you like you were the dirt beneath their shoes. The worst staff member there by far is who I believe to be their office manager. An older woman with short hair and glasses. Beware of her. She is probably the rudest person I’ve ever met. The eye doctor located next door is not much more pleasant. I saw him merely for a prescription update. He continually pressured me to buy glasses or order contacts through Eyemart after I had made quite clear I only wanted to know my prescription. When it became clear to him that he wasn’t going to be making any big sales that day, his demeanor completely changed and I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. His entire office staff has a weird vibe/​attitude and I never felt welcome or comfortable. But once again, the WORST person there is the severely rude and UNPROFESSIONAL older woman working at Eyemart. Her employment needs to be terminated immediately.

The ppl here are very rude. The old lady that is in the front of the store is on some sorta power trip but she can’t get fired cuz she is friends with the doctor. They did have a few cute frames but it isn’t worth having to put up with the employees. I got much cuter and cheaper frames in the mall glasses store and they were ready the next day. I’ve heard from other people that they were ignored when they tried to come in here too. Don’t waste your time on these ppl.

I went here in the midst of recent rounds of bad storms and power outages. They were also coping with some system issues around the same time. In spite of all those issues, everyone I’ve spoken to here has been AWESOME. Nice, communicative, understanding, and no one seemed to be letting those stressors get the better of them. Very impressed. Great people here, really can’t recommend enough!

Terrible customer service. Waited for over 15 minutes before someone assisted me. Picked out a pair of glasses and associate couldn’t find second pair. I walked over to the glasses and found the second pair. Waited for 15 minutes to pay while several associates stared at the computer trying to figure out how to place an order for a customer who was not present. After 45 minutes here, I paid and they only printed half my receipt. They said that’s all they could give me because of their printer.
Don’t go here! Terrible customer service! There’s much better places to go to get your glasses.

I was not lucky enough to deal with these people when I got my first pair of glasses but I bought my boyfriend’s glasses here. There prices are reasonable and they have a great selection. Also I wasn’t overlooked by the sales people. I got my glasses at a place in the mall and they acted like they were doing me a favor when they helped me.
The people were very nice and helpful. They also make absolutely sure that there were no problems with the glasses before he left. You also get cases with any purchase. The place I went didn’t even give me a case when I spent almost $ 300 on one pair. I bought him 2 pairs for under $ 275. (He has a thick prescription.)
