Fowler Honda

Best car buying experience ever! I was very nervous, as I haven’t bought a car in 10 years. The team at Fowler was so incredibly friendly and not pushy at all. They let me take the car home overnight to test drive. They were very patient with me and answered my many questions. They gave me a GREAT deal and I’m the proud new owner of a 2013 Honda Civic.

Assessed the problem

We’ve been happy Toyota owners for many years and planned to purchase another, but had horrible experiences at two north and northwest OKC location. We started looking for Accords, and found Fowler Honda, Norman. I visited, then we visited, and purchased an Accord. It was a good experience. What they said that they would do, they did. The sales staff are great, business office are great, and the overall experience is excellent. We will recommend Fowler Toyota to our friends.

This place is the best! I’m terrible at waiting, but at Fowler I was happy because their waiting room is so nice, clean and comfortable. There’s two TV“s and also wifi. Plus, a little café. All they did was an oil change, but they went beyond this and found my stereo code and this, without even my asking. I’d gotten a new battery while on the road about a year ago and couldn’t find my code, but these guys found it for me. Plus, they gave me a list of things I need done soon, along with the cost. Plus, they stayed at the price they quoted me. I did have to wait 1 ½ hours but it was a Saturday. Plus, they washed the car. Who could ask for anything more.

Car Service: I love and miss this place! They always treated my car so nicely and really took the time to give it the inspection and tune up that it needed. Also customer surface is amazing, their really attentive to your worries, and any possible problems and assure you they will get it checked out. I went to a Honda center back at home in CA, and they never caught that I had fluid leaking from my car, but Fowler did.
Their new location is so much more accessible and nicer to drive into, and I like how they do a quick rinse or wash with my car, it’s a lot better than what I can do myself at the car wash.
Also while I was there they provided a shuttle service back to my apartment, and picked me back up when my car was ready.
I really do miss the customer service at this place, it was great!
Fowler Honda why can’t you follow me to every city I go to?!

I just recently bought a new Honda Accord from Fowler and just went in for my 1^st oil change today.
My buying experience with Fowler was pretty good even though it took me going to 2 other dealerships and about 24 hours later they finally gave me a rock bottom price. The overall experience of buy here was good. Didn’t enjoy the back room you need to buy this insurance for your car after I had decided to buy the car. From what I hear this is standard during all new car deals. Really annoying though.
When I took my car in for it’s first oil change today everything was great was in and out a little quicker than I expected. I won’t hesitate to go back.

Just bought a more economical car from them on Monday 27-​Feb.
It was a great experience. The haggling was easy. Gave me a great price on my trade in.
The salesmen Garth was great, and actually fun to deal with.
All in all, great deal and great experience.
