Fusion Flowers

Very disappointed and upset. I ordered two large arrangements for a big event, and when I tried to water them, the vases leaked all over the place. I called them to see if they could help and was told that I could come to the shop and get different vases if I wanted. One, the event had already started and I was in the midst of greeting people (while mopping up water), and two, the arrangements were too big and difficult for me to try and transfer by myself, not to mention the time constraints of having to make a trip to their shop and then re-​do their flowers! They were absolutely no help and I was most definitely on my own, and an important event for our family was marred. The very least you can expect from a florist is that the vases hold water, and short of that, that they might try to make it right. Cannot recommend, and will not use again.

I procrastinated on ordering flowers for my 10 year anniversary, so I called Kris at Fusion Flowers and she went above and beyond for me! I called at 8:30am and the flowers were delivered by 1pm, which provided a big surprise for my wife! She sent me a picture of them and they were perfect! I chose Fusion because I had previously contacted them about getting flowers for a friend who lost a child and they were very knowledgable about best options. Both times, Kris provided several different options, with the prices, which were set just right! I will definitely be using Fusion Flowers in the future and will tell everyone about them every chance I get! Thank You!

NOT GOOD FOR A WEDDING!!! I had great hopes for this place, Kris met me and helped design my whole wedding floral needs, making me feel secure in my florist decision. Unfortunately, when I arrived at my venue and saw my flowers, they were all wilted and far from exceptional. I wished she would have inspected her flowers better, instead of giving me wilted arrangements that looked like she did not put any time into at all. I honestly don’t know how a business can deliver a product like what I received, good poker face I guess.

Even tho I live in California I was able to have Fusion Flowers recreate what I wanted sent to a friend. Kris at Fusion has great customer service skills and was able to have the flowers del in a fast turn around time. As a business owner I truly appreciate working with local business owners that understand the power of customer service and the quality of the arrangement far exceeded my original photo I sent over!!! Thank you thank you thank you for being awesome!

I ordered some flowers for my girlfriend while she was at a conference. First thing in the morning I called a several places in Norman and asked what they charged for a dozen roses and how quickly they could deliver. Fusion had the lowest price and the quickest delivery time. I ended up ordering a colorful assortment. They got delivered on time and they were exactly what I asked for. My girlfriend loved them. I would definitely use them again.

Kris at Fusion is AMAZING! She helped me to send some flowers to a friend in Norman who just had a baby. She was extremely kind and professional, and explained her pricing very well. They have a price range for every budget, and delivery was very reasonable. I highly recommend Fusion!

I needed flowers right away early this week to get delivered to a friend who was recently injured. Being far away in California I trusted reviews to select a wonderful florist, and it paid off. Kris at Fusion is the sweetest and most helpful woman! I am extremely pleased with her service and willingness to go the extra step to accommodate my needs. Kris at Fusion Flowers does a wonderful job in providing flowers for every occasion. I needed flowers for a wedding on very short notice and Kris had no problem in making it happen. There are lots of large florist in the metro area but Fusion provides a personal touch with excellent service.

Fusion Flowers is the best floral business I’ve ever dealt with. The owners have huge hearts for people and are wonderfully accommodating and talented. Prices are fantastic. I would recommend Kris and Fusion Flowers for any of your flower needs!
