Gigi’s Cupcakes of Norman

These cupcakes are AMAZING!!! You won’t find a better cupcake than the Wedding Cake cupcake!
The cupcakes are moist and the icing doesn’t taste like lard!!!

My only gripe is that I came in to buy a dozen individually wrapped cupcakes and the young lady at the register still made me pay the $ 3.25 per individual cupcake, and gave no discount for the dozen that I purchased. (They are $ 3.25/cupcake oor $ 35.75 for a dozen) So, after going back and forth, we agreed that I was essentially being charged the extra $ 3.25 for the usage of 12 boxes versus one large box to hold the dozen cupcakes. Seemed a little screwy to me considering they probably order these boxes in bulk and probably don’t pay that price per box. It’s unfortunate that the $ 3.25 extra to cover one of their boxes cost them my future business. A second young lady came out front to help and she was instructed to ring all 12 cupcakes separately and add a $ 3.00 box charge. Maybe they should add boxes to their menus? Just a thought!
As a medical sales rep– I constantly purchase boxes of cupcakes and other treats on the fly. This was a less than stellar first, and more than likely, only trip to Gigi’s cupcakes. Not the best way of doing business in my mind.

We celebrated my daughter’s 3^rd birthday at Gigi’s cupcakes in Norman and had a ball! We ordered an assortment of mini cupcakes that were so delicious, light and airy… you have to have more than one. Gigi’s had «sweet» décor with pink, black & white table clothes already set up. The staff was very welcoming and took a group picture of our guests and the owner dropped in to say hello and give good birthday wishes with his adorable French Bull Dog puppy.

I ordered cupcakes for my daughters birthday. They were totally screwed up. The guy who took my order didn’t write down the correct date and my order was incorrect. They charged me for the wrong amount of cupcakes. I was able to be refunded but we were left in a bind as my daughters birthday was the next day. We had to rush and find more cupcakes. I won’t be using them again.

Try their mini cupcakes! Perfect for taking to friends or co-​workers! Their frosting is so rich and yummy, always a little too much for me but still always delicious!

Went here for some Valentine’s Day treats and they were busy, busy! But the service was still super fast and friendly. This was my first time trying their cupcakes. The cake was delicious and moist and the frosting was delicious. Very good flavors. The chocolate frosting was amazing. Totally worth the price.
