I came into Interstate with a battery I had bought a couple years back (it was an Interstate). I had told them that it was reading low on starting load, and i was having some issues. It was right on the cusp of being able to warranty, and I was on my way to Los Angeles the following morning. Jack took my battery and did a warranty on it for me, swapped me a new core for my old one, and off I went. Saved me the trouble of going to charge it, having it fail in a few weeks, and then inevitably returning to warranty it, or even worse, getting stuck dealing with it on the road. Great job, guys! Maximum service!
