I don’t use any other taxi service. They are on time 98% of the time. There has been a couple of times that they weren’t, but they called me well in advance to let me know that they were running late.
The drivers are extremely nice and their prices are fair. If they make a mistake on something, they make it right. For example, the lady that was our driver, she had made a wrong turn and didn’t charge us for the mistake.
The cabs are clean and well taken care of. They are the only cab service I use now.
I cannot say enough good things about the drivers or the taxi service.

They are actually Ontime every time and don’t bs about it. Cars are not the nicest of cars, but that is last on my list of priorities when dealing with taxis. I use them to go to airport in OKC. 4:29 am and he is outside waiting for 4:30 pickup. Last guy, called 10 min early and said he was there, but not to worry at all. They are My taxi company.

used this taxi service to go back and forth between norman and bricktown and had a great experience. because we had six in our group, we needed a minivan and they were able to provide one. the dispatcher was very polite and helpful on the phone when I first made an inquiry, and the driver was also very helpful in recommending places to go while in bricktown. they require you to pre-​pay in full if you want them to pick you up in OKC/​bricktown back to norman, but it was worth it for us because we didn’t want to get stuck waiting around for a minivan-​taxi that could take our entire group, as they seem to be less common. accept cash and credit cards, so very convenient and easy travel option.
