Just had my yearly check up and was so happy that most of my issues had been resolved. Was a little concerned before I arrived due to the bad review he had received, but after visiting with the ladies in the bible study, my mind was set to ease that most bad reviews are just patients who don’t know how their insurance covers there visits or people who don’t pay their bills. The best care in Norman and I hear that a lot. Thank you Dr Razook!

do not trust this dr. he and his staff are unethical. I encountered the same issues with his office as V.W. I am in the process of trying to get this cleared up now. He turned me over to a collection agency for $ the insurance company disallowed. This is illegal!!! I wrote a wonderful review about him, thought he was wonderful. Now that I’m going to another doctor I’m beginning to think he performed unnecessary procedures for $. I shouldn’t have even given him one star. He has even had former employees file lawsuits against him. Public records!

Front office gave outrageous estimate for cataract surgery so I am going for a second opinion. They won’t release my records. I have filed a complaint with the medical board. Don’t waste your time with the medical board.

So here we are months later and the doctor’s office will not return the phone calls of my insurance company now either. It is to the point where my insurance has brought in their own debt collections officer. The debt collections officer said that they are going to write a letter to the collections agency showing that the bill is paid (and always has been paid) but I will still need to take the necessary steps to get my credit repaired. Again I can not stress it enough, Do not use this doctor!!! It has already taken so much time, stress, energy, and effort for something that should have never been an issue.
