This funeral home was so disrespectful to my mother in law. My grandma in law passed away and my mother in law was told to wait in the lobby while the rest of the family made decisions. It was only until she started crying did someone go in and talk to the staff allowing her to come in.
Imagine my surprise when I learned the person who was rude and disrespectful was the funeral director, Andrea.
The disrespect and just lack of customer service continued for the entire funeral planning process and only changed when my aunt called to complain. People mourn differently. I wish Andrea would have a heart and be considerate of all family members feelings.
Consider going elsewhere for your funeral planning needs. I will be.

I wouldn’t refer this funeral home to anyone. Very insensitive to families final wishes. Whitney was about as BLAH as they come. All they wanted was their money. If you need a funeral home in the Norman area, Heavenbrook was nicer on the the phone than Whitney was in person Plus they are $ 1000 cheaper for a BASIC cremation. Been to a pet crematory that treated their families better than Whitney did. Just saying, zero stars for me!!!
