Current customer/​tenant.
This company is unresponsive, taking weeks to resolve even simple issues (in this case a garage door that was broken and couldn’t be used safely).
The washer in my home went out; they refused to replace it. I bought a new one, asked what they wanted done with the old one, and was told not to have it hauled away. They said they’d come pick up the old one months ago, and it’s still sitting in my garage.
Additionally they’ve changed their payment system and the new one is unusable. I can get logged on, but whenever I try to process a payment it gives me an error message. They said they’d have it fixed a month ago, it’s not.
Apparently they simply don’t value their tenants at all. Just about the only positive thing I have to say is that the agent working with me was great all the way up until I actually moved in. Apparently the limit of their caring is getting you to sign the lease.
