After hearing a loud explosive sound in the middle of the night, I discovered the spring that helps raise my garage door had broken… I called Sooner Door at 0650 because I could not get the door opened to get the car out. I called and left a message and they called me back as soon as they opened for the day. Byron was on the spot, ready to work at 1015. He was professional and even helped guide my car forward enough to allow him to get a ladder up to the garage door. An hour later it was done for the price quoted on the phone. Thank you for terrific customer service and strong technical know how.
