If you’re looking for a cheap clean place to stay this place could work. The room wasn’t bad or anything, having a full size fridge is nice. The stove would be nice if you actually had things to cook with(it’s an extra charge for pots/pans etc). If you want housekeeping or wifi that’s also an extra charge. The plumbing in this place was HORRIBLE! My toilet got clogged on a Wednesday and I told the front desk that day, by the end of Wednesday still no maintenance man to fix it, I told them again Thursday and the lady said she’d make sure he’d go, but once again he didn’t. Friday I was out all day and he didn’t come. Saturday I went to the front desk and turns out he doesn’t come on weekends. So I had a clogged toilet for four days! Pretty ridiculous! I had to walk down the hall and use the employee/public bathroom whenever I had to go. Finally on Saturday I just asked the girl at the front desk for a plunger and my boyfriend unclogged it himself. Also the bed was the loudest bed I have ever slept on. The cheap metal frame squeaked so loudly anytime I moved, kinda annoying. The only thing I can really say about this place is its cheap & pretty clean. Most of the girls at the front desk were reasonable nice. I don’t think I’d recommend this place unless it’s a last resort.

During my stay here, I was convinced that this place is actually run by the Three Stooges, except there were only two. This place is under construction, and we were asked to move, then told we weren’t, and then, they came to our room to give us a card key. We packed our stuff and moved up to the second floor, only to swipe our card key, open the room and find someone as embarrassed to see us as we were to see them, staying in the room. When we went down to complain, she told us that WE had made the mistake, even though we had a card key that worked to someone else’s room. It’s funny, I didn’t know I worked here. She told us we’d stay in our room until the end of our stay. We were apparently supposed to know that, even though she’d given us a card to another room, and told us to leave by 3pm. At 9am on Sunday, a manager knocked on our door, and told us we’d have to move. YES, REALLY. When I went down to talk to him about what had happened, he told us that we’d need to move, but get this, HEDIDNTKNOWWHERE. So, after waking us at 9, and hashing out our grievances over this crazy room switching, walking in on people, circus of a hotel, we were given the overwhelming discount of FREEINTERNET(At the value of 10 $ a week!) Wow! Thanks Value Place! Bottom Line: I’d never stay here again. Save yourself the game of musical hotel rooms. Incredibly unorganized and rude staff of National Lampoons Proportions.

I realize that this is a «Value» place but come-on. My in-laws just stayed here for three weeks and had to battle roaches and fleas and they had to go down to the desk every day to get their daily allotment of one bath towel and one wash cloth each. The have a full-sized frige which is nice and a stove but the pots and pans in the room are«for sale». You have to pay like 30 bucks extra to use them. Plus, the price for the room isn’t even that great. We shopped around and found that the Motel 6 also has weekly rates(cheaper rates than this Value Place) and the rooms are way nicer. Family won’t be staying here again.
