This property was once a gem but now is riddled with black mold. The owner seems to be letting apartments out to section 8 recipients and the security has suffered for it. Drug dealing and car break-​ins are becoming a problem. The management refuses to heat the pool and is slow to repair any reported items. The electrical system is out dated and fuses often blow. Management is inept and uncaring about residents or its property. Avoid this property.
