Whatever you do, DONOT, I repeat DONOT order from here if you intend on getting your order at all. I placed an order at 5:30PM and understandably I knew it would be busy. I watched the nice little pizza maker on the website make, check, and complete my order. Then it indicated my delicious pizza was on the way… An hour and a half goes by and the little tool on the website indicates my pizza was delivered and to enjoy. Really I was wondering, where is it??? It never arrived. So I decided to call. After conversations with our different people with no answer I was placed on hold. This phone call lasted for 30 minutes, I have call logs to prove it. So I decided to call back and finally got through to someone. I spoke with the manager who apologized and offered to remake the order and provide a free soda. Awesome right? No, so as I awaited two different orders arrived at the business none of which were mine. As the second driver stood in front of me patiently awaiting this delicious food I had been waiting for how at three and a half hours he informed me that NONE of the pizza’s were mine :(… I attempted to call back 5 more times with the line giving me a lovely busy tone… After the 6TH time someone picked up then hung up… Awesome… So the end goes like this don’t pay with a credit card because who knows if I will ever get reimbursed, pay with cash at least your not out your money and your pizza…

Domino’s has good prices and makes good offers on special deals to help out the family budget! Pizzas are good, and so are sandwiches and breads. The thing we really DONOT like is the website. When you go to the site, you are immediately locked into the ordering process and we like to look over the menu to check out the possibilities and discuss what each of us wants.

If you don’t mind poor, no, SH* customer service then choose this Dominoes. I’m a rational minded human being I have low expectations dealing with service in the area I’m in, but usually i’m able to at least speak to someone who’s has the intellect to, somewhat communicate, not the case here. I ordered online for a pick up(I knew better than to ask for delivery unless I didn’t care if it came next day.) As i’m watching the tracker I noticed it hadn’t in 25 minutes from the prep station. I called asked the person answering the phone if he was aware that my order hadn’t even been prepped yet, he disrespectfully hung up in my face without a word. I paid in advance so I will have to pick it up.(wrong move) I will make known when I arrive that i’m no one to be disrespected. I will ask for the GM because it’s quite possible that in this poorly run store that I was speaking to the Mng. I’m supposing there will be nothing done about this after I report it. So I advise any of those whom deserve customer service for there money, to not come to this location. they have a completely different owner and manager just miles down Nat’l Bridge Rd. with way better and faster customer service.

Messed up order yet again. Pasta bowl had marinara and Alfredo, Yuck. Forgot to make bread sticks and pizza had a really spicy sauce on it. Check your order before leaving. Btw delivery usually takes forever

The worst service, delivery drivers etc. Pizza sucks but you expect that from Dominos. The real problem are the employees and management. This is one of those places that you expect to see on an expose about spitting in your food.
