Burger King

I went to this Burger King through the drive thru, riding on my dogs back. we ordered 4 whoppers 2 orders of fries and 10 frosties. when the food came we ate it. it was decent, I drank this with a bottle of water, the water was amazing ⁵⁄₅ best water I’ve ever had. I do recommend the water if u come here, if u like water. I would come here again. maybe.

Drive up window must think it’s a play ground ! Horbal service rude workers! One of the workers asked us to move up when there was no one behind us made no sense then he was making hand jesters. Some shady things are going on. We just wanted to get a shake for my son!

They removed the flame grilled chicken sandwich and replaced it with the chicken burger. Strange rubbery texture mystery meat gross don’t try it.

So just a quick update, so i reached out to corporate a few days later, they sent my request to speak to the store manager about my experience, guess what, its been 30 days with no response, so i called yet again, they escalated it to the district manager, guess what, no response. it seems to me that they don’t give a crap about the stores, business or customers. I will call back every week till they get sick of me! I guess that explains the 2 star rating.

Love it!!! The food was nice and hot!!! The cashier even bought the food to the table I’m guessing bc it was empty. That was amazing. Idk he’s name but credit for him. He even help out elderly people that came in to eat also.

They made the caramel on top of my frappé look like shit. Pancakes tasted like hard rock and is a small portion for an expensive price, the butter that they gave us smelled like it was spoiled, the sausage tasted like it was burnt and it was disgusting.

It’s Burger King with a new building, not worth it. The old building was so much better in every way. Next time just clean, sterilize and get the oil out. I know it’s a very hard word for Burger King to understand… «clean». They rather take a great concept and ruin it, just like every thing else.

This Burger King is a joke! Every time I visit the drive-​thru, I am asked to «pull up»
while I wait for my order (and it’s usually asked by the manager!) but yet there is never a car behind me in the drive thru so why ask me to pull up?!! Well maybe because of that infamous drive thru timer? I understand there is a reason for pulling a customer forward, but sloppiness, laziness, and of course cheating the system is simply not called for. Very unprofessional, don’t waste your time!

Friendly, fast, food was hot the way it should be. Went during the free fry promotion, they insisted upon making me a fresh batch, which was appreciated. Not sure what I think of the new fries, but this place made me want to at least come back.

I have never liked BK. Not even when I was a kid. While I still give it numerous chances because my boyfriend makes me, it fails to deliver anything tasteful.
My boyfriend just moved to this side of the city limits. He’s been driving-​thru more frequently ever since BK introduced the Cinnabon! I’m over it. I’d rather go to Woodfield and grab one from the Cinnabon store.
I refuse to order a sandwich here. The French fries don’t taste good. I don’t know if that’s the fault of the potato farmer, the cooking oil and everyone in between.
My iced coffee is decidedly the last thing I’ll ever order from a BK again. The cream was so thick, I thought they served me sludge.
Nothing is satisfying. Everything is a waste of money.

Even with 6 people working the place they couldn’t get our order right, it took over 10 minutes to get our meal, and they charged us incorrectly. The food wasn’t even hot. Also, their «New Fries» are bad– switch to the old recipe.

Wow does this place suck. Took about 20 minutes to get my order through the drive thru. Got to the window to pay, had to wait until the cars in front of me got their order which took for ever. Finally got to the window, paid, then the girl told me to drive forward and wait. Waited, for another 5 minutes, finally the girl came out gave me my food, well part of it anyway. She went back in got the rest, and when I checked my bag, order was all wrong. This has happened twice already with them getting my order wrong. Save yourself the hassle, find another BK

Im a big chiken eater so i would have to say their chicken tenders are very good and tender. The fries arent too great there they seem like they are a bit too greasy. Also i would not recommend getting the chicken fries they have there now. They tasted kind of spicy and were rubbery.
