I went in to the store on 2÷22÷16 between 1 – 3:30 p. m and let me just say that I have never been treated so well. Every single person working there was extreme friendly and went above and beyond my expectations. I felt like a celebrity with 100,000 + to spend the way they catered to me and even played with my 7 year old while I made my purchase. They even offered to clean my ring and I will definitely be coming back to make future purchases! Thanks to every single person who worked there that day!

My wife and I bought our wedding rings as well as her engagement rings from here and were very happy with our purchase. We were told that they could be resized and cleaned whenever we wished at no charge.
Several months later after my ring continues to slip off I walked in to have it resized and was told that it cannot be resized and I would have to buy a new ring.
Even after telling them that all of our rings were purchased from here they would do nothing to help out. I guess my return business is not important enough to accommodate what would have been a long term customer.
Please do not make the same mistake and purchase from this company. They will not honor their word and refuse to help their customers.

There were a ton of people in here and no method of waiting in line. They need a ticket counter or something. I received a chain as a gift from here 11 months ago and this is the third time it broke.
