This is a four location store; from what I was told 2 years ago when I ordered my daughters presentation gown from here was that the owner visits each location regularly and brings merchandise from store to store if one store doesn’t have that particular outfit on hand. Well 2 years ago they failed to call me to let me know that the dress arrived, I was busy running around getting things ready until the last minute. 2 days before the event I had to call them. I just thought it was poor communication. I returned this year to get my son’s outfit for a wedding and it’s happened again, I told the lady from the Yorktown location of my past experience and if someone from the Northriver side location will call me. She assured me they will and they did not. I realize that I gave them the deadline of thursday which is tomorrow but I’m busy helping my sister with wedding preparations. I called today and she informed me that it arrived on Monday! If it’s been there for 2 days why hasn’t someone called me! I could have picked it up earlier and have been done with it. I gave them 2 stars because I actually like the clothing and that’s why i’m torn on if I’ll actually be returning because the clothes is good quality for good prices but the service sucks!
