RUDE! If you work with the public try to be nice, otherwise get a new job. No reason to be rude especially when it’s your job to help.

I recently had a party here. I would not recommend hosting a party at this location. The staff at the time of booking were really helpful and courteous. However, the day of my event, one of the staff members was very rude. We asked if we can have extra tables and chairs for the blue room, and he gave us attitude as if we were a nuisance. Granted we estimated 50 people for our event at the time of booking, but we were told the blue room can hold at most 100 so I didn’t see why there had to be an issue asking for more tables. And the same guy didn’t offer to open the doors as my older parents were lugging things for the party. Huge turn off. Would not book another event at this location.

Never coming back, over priced pool and horrible customer service. When they close early, they don’t put it on the website. No refunds even if you are in the pool 5 minutes and it rains, too bad! Not even a next day voucher. Not family friendly at all. The manager was a smug and seem to enjoy telling me that no refunds are offered and that it was my own fault for coming at 1:30. I do not recommend, there are better places out there!

When booking an event here make a note that the walk from the parking lot is 300 yards away. If you have decorations, food delivered, handicapped guests, it’s a real pain.
I was there today in the cold, rain/​snow and it was a real pain. I have worked for this same family performing magic shows 3 different times and they like me very much, so have your party some place else next time, other places I have worked are much more accommodating.
The staff on site were very nice, and only doing there job and could not unlock the posts blocking the driveways.

Likes:
They were open the day after Christmas.
Provide setup of tables and chairs.
Workable kitchen.
Large room: Blueroom.
Elevator.
Staff was friendly.
Dislike:
Building is too far from the parking lot.
Was not allowed to drive close to the building to dropoff food.
Bathroom need to be updated and better lighting.
Cart to used to transport items was in the pool area (another building).
Was not allowed to setup a few minutes early. Can only enter the room the time you have given them or you have to pay extra.

This is a good park, but besides when sports games are going on the place is empty. Even when games are going on the place still doesn’t have that many people there.

This is a great park, and it has a workout facility as well. The summertime concerts are free but most of the activitys or programs are a fee. It is a lesser fee for Norridge residents and an id card is needed for the basketball court. I enjoy walking thru this park and at times using their facilitys.

I have played baseball on many fields but I have to say Norridge Park defitenly have the best fields of them all. With grass infields and a home run fence you cant go wrong. The park is always clean and always looks nice. The basketball courts are also probably the best outdoor courts I know of.
