Stretch Limousine

I live in California and have a house in South Bend. I make the trip to South Bend a couple of times a month. I found that getting a car from Stretch Limosine from Chicago/O’Hare to South Bend to be cost-​effective, relaxing, and time-​saving. Also, the last time I drove to South Bend in a rental car, I got a speeding ticket. Seriously, why bother with that? This service is always on-​time, the drivers are great (Radek is my favorite!), and the cars are clean and up to date. Why bother with getting a rental, returning it, getting back to the terminal, fighting traffic to walk, with your bags, to check-​in, when you can have the service for about as much? I am a happy customer.

My experience with Stretch Limousine was excellent! The Cadillac was very clean inside and out. My driver Radek very polite and an excellent driver. He arrived twenty minutes early and I arrived at my destination early. When originally called to make reservations, customer service was polite and understanding, answered all my questions. Also received email of confirmation, drivers name, number and plate number of car. Already have reservation for another great experience.

Found this company through Unilocal and bought the Unilocal deal. We are in the western suburbs and we’re going to Ohare. Our driver arrived about 15 minutes early — was really nice — helped with our luggage. Will use this company again.

we used this limo service to get home from a Cub game this week. As we know, they lost but we totally lucked out with Ralph our driver. He was only a couple of blocks away. Clean and very comfortable sedan. we will use them again!

Martin is the best I have a great wedding because of him he took care of all the details he was on time limo was very clean and full of alcohol which my guests enjoyed it I will recommend him to everybody great personality and a top of everything truly VIP service

Martin is a great driver and came on time for my wedding he was recommended from somebody I know very well and I was so happy I recommend him to my other friend this guy has great personality and actually great ideas where I can take pictures downtown simply speaking he knows some secret areas where are we taking some photos. I got a good deal because I hate overpaying for anything and a good service what alse i could ask for

We rented a white 10 seat limo for our wedding. Stretch Limousine offered the lowest price of the 4 limo companies that we called. On the day of the wedding, everything went as planned. The limo took two separate groups from the hotel to our ceremony and then took the wedding party from the ceremony to the reception. The limo was cleaned and stocked with the appropriate items necessary. I would use this company again.

We specifically stated in multiple phone conversations that we did not want the red carpet rolled out for us (even though it was part of the package). They confirmed this each time. I walked out of our ceremony and to see a red carpet. Is it that hard to remember to not put down a red carpet? That was the only request we had. I emailed them later to let them know what happened and they stated they would get back to me in 72 hours. That also did not happen. No return email. Will not recommend nor use again.

I am so glad we chose Stretch Limousine for our night out in the city! Martin was so accommodating and was always prompt in picking us up. I would highly recommend using this company for any of your transportation purposes.

BRIDES BEWARE!
I had to walk down an ALLEY in my WEDDING DRESS because our limo driver didn’t know how to make a left turn from Western onto Diversey (2 major streets) to get to our destination. After SEVERAL failed attempts she dropped us off 2 blocks away and I walked through an alley to get to our venue!!! What a nightmare!!!

This company was very professional. I will be doing business again with them soon.

I used Stretch Limousine for my wedding. They were one of the most reasonable priced limo companies and the customer service leading up to our wedding day was awesome. When I needed to add a stop, the night of the rehearsal, they were accommodating and sent out a confirmation with the new stop to make sure we were on the same page. I loved that! The only thing was that when we got into the limo the day of the wedding, I noticed the back window was broken in some way. It wasn’t completely closed because I could feel some cold air coming in even though it was lifted all the way. That didn’t bother me terribly though. The driver could have been in a better mood. Overall, they did a great job and they were early:)

Just wanted to add that it took Stretch Limousine over two years to even comment on my post … I don’t believe it was looked at previously. I see some people have had good luck with them, while others have not … too bad consistency of service isn’t included.

Stretch Limo gave us not only the best rate around the Chicagoland area, but their service was outstanding. Our limo was clean, NEW and stocked with alcohol :) the driver was on time and knowledgable of the Downtown area! Booked them AGAIN for my wedding coming up in a couple of weeks. Ask for MARCIN for the best service in booking your next limo !

stretch limo for $ 90 including all taxes and gratuity — from Darien to Midway — for 4 people… that’s an awesome deal…
driver was waaaay too early… like 30 minutes early… he had to wait though, coz we weren’t ready…
there’s a weird smell inside the limo… but uhm… i have this overly active smelling skills lol… so maybe the smell is ok? idk… for me, its not ok…

This limo company was great! I got married earlier this month and they helped me book a limo last minute. The driver was on time and very courteous. He made some special accommodations for us and at the end of our ceremony he decorated the limo while we took pictures! Awesome company, I will definitely use them again!

I have now been using their service for about 3 years since an extended trip out of country with 9 suit cases, shoved in their stretch limo.
I have always found their service professional, reliable, on time (in fact they always arrive about 5 to 10 minutes early).
Once my wife and son were flying to tokyo, and the majestic me had made the reservation for the following day… my wife called me totally concerned, asking where the limo was — i realized how i had screwed it worse than an Aggie (Texas A & M)…called the limo people, cancelled my goof up and arranged for an immediate pick up.
Highly recommended.

I can’t comment on the limo service, but this is one of the best ways to get from Chicago O’Hare to any address in the greater Chicago area using a private car service.
I bought the Unilocal deal and called to make my appointment with no issues. They send you an e-​mail confirmation with instructions for pick up which includes a number to call once you’re curbside. I waited about 5 or so minutes and a car was by to pick me up at my exact spot. It was nice to arrange this right after getting off of a long flight. Tip is included in the price as well.
My driver was very nice and got me to my destination in no time at all. I will use this car service next time I land in ORD provided they are still running their Unilocal deal. I would say this service is only worth it if you use the Unilocal offer. Without the Unilocal offer, they are a bit overpriced.
