Should have done my homework on this one. I just grabbed a hotel near whee I needed to be next day and oh my…
TV did not work, no iron, no hair dryer, no wifi. They lost a package my company sent here (then found it). Person comes down to front desk when you dial 0 on their phone. Very hard to understand and talk to so that I did not even want to go down there and ask for and iron, etc.
Hands down worst hotel I have stayed in. Bed seemed clean but the place is really run down.

This hotel deserves negative stars, it is the worst and the management doesn’t care. ROACHES!!! Awful, filthy and rude!!!

I didn’t know anything about the area, I just wanted to be close to SEPTA and Valley Forge… There is NOWHERE to go within walking distance from this place, and the surrounding area and people are pretty dodgy. One morning I got hit up for money the second I walked outside my door… I think the inn caters to long term stays, and the surrounding rooms could be noisy at times.
No real criticism towards the management, we all have to do what we have to do, and the rooms themselves were fine, but I wouldn’t stay here again. Well maybe I would if the price was half of everything else.
