same issue others have expressed — over $ 1500 of new equipment and it breaks less than 4 weeks later. Very difficult to get them to come back and fix it right. Unfortunately we had even worse experience with Jeremy Hasbrouck. At lease Arrow pool service doesn’t charge as much as he does each time they come out.

I’ve used Arrow Pool for a number of years, but this year it’s been very frustrating. Ever since they did the pool opening, there has been one issue after another, and despite multiple visit calls, the problems were not resolved.(Of course they charge for each visit call even though the problems were not resolved.) This has not happened in previous years. We are thinking of taking our business somewhere else.

We tried to use them to fix a problem and start weekly service. An appointment was made a week in advance and we were told that they would call early in the morning the day of the appointment to give a time. The day came and no call. When I called them, they said that some of the techs were sick and they had to reschedule for the next day and would call to give a time. The next day came and once again no call. I called them and they gave the same excuse and said that they would be out the next day. At that point I just cancelled everything — if they don’t have enough consideration to call their customers when there are issues, they are not somebody I will do business with.

We have been customers for a while now and use their weekly service. I must admit this year has been frustrating. I can honestly not think of a time this year when the pool has looked good. Green stuff on the walls, got it. Heater not fixed, got it. Drain cover that was to be fixed in may, not fixed. Amusing story from client service department as to why the pool looks so bad — have them. If anyone knows a good pool service let us know! If you can find someone else I would.
