I would offer zero stars, but it isn’t allowed! I can not post the whole email from the franchise owner as its proprietary information from my company and their company. I however can paraphrase it! I requested this company to exclude me from cleaning windows in the rain. Simple request, I’m not asking them to conduct a symphony. Two weeks ago they sent a couple young fellows out in the rain to clean my windows that are soaked from the rain. I turned away their cleaners and I was upset that they sent them here…(7 days a week, 6 of them were sunny, they pick the rainy one!) I called to cancel my service and spoke to two different people, both of which never tried to retain a long term customer! I sent a email to their corporate office and it was forwarded to the local franchisee owner. The owner responded to my email with so much crass and sarcasm! Nothing was sincere about this email. It was more of a «up yours» and goodbye. As a store manager of my business, if I sent this email to a customer, I would be fired the next day. I’m sorry to keep you waiting. Let me paraphrase this email… I was given an explanation about what water does to glass… «although rain does not create dirt on glass» I was also told that their GM doesn’t understand how to do his job properly… «When you were transferred to the GM he had been told you were cancelling service, so he did not feel that anything he responded would change the result.» –wonderful, a man who doesn’t know how to retain business… I should hire him! I was told how they operate their business and do not know how to schedule properly as they handle too much… «We set up our customer’s service based on the routes that run in a particular route. We service a large area and between stores that are closed certain days, and other time and day requests, we can’t always make everyone happy.» Lastly, I was told that they been in business for 13 years and they’re not in the business to make their customers happy 100% of the time… «I am sorry that you felt that we don’t care about your business. We unfortunately cannot make everyone happy 100% of the time.» I sincerely wish you luck if you decide to use Fish Window Cleaners in Southeastern PA! Pay a few dollars more and get better service. I wish I did! I know I’ll never make this mistake again!

I wish I had found this great company years ago. I called and explained I needed a rush job for home sales photography. I had an estimate within one day and the next they were here. An all day job, Nolan, Kenny & Tripper were extremely careful, thorough and experts at their work. Everyone I dealt with from the owner on down was professional, friendly and pleasant. I am having them back to do mirrors and chandeleirs next week. Will recommend them to all my friends!
