Lobster Claw was a decent meal. It’s fine for a quick evening meal at home, though I wouldn’t call it high-quality seafood. The broiled family meal was way too heavily seasoned with old bay, so much so that we had to scrape some of it off to make it edible. The quality of food was fine, nothing seemed frozen. Quality of cooking was also ok, the crab legs weren’t dry, and the muscles were actually quite good.

Always happy with this place. Fish is super fresh and always cooked perfect. Well priced to boot! Love the fried family special with fried flounder, dozen fried shrimp, cole slaw and potato salad. Oh and French fries. So much food! The fish is flaky and the breading is light. The shrimp is fresh tasting as well. My family loves the vinegary yet creamy cole slaw while I’m partial to the potato salad — has a dill taste to it. Now my favorite here is the broiled special — 3 shrimp, 2 scallops, and flounder broiled with rice and stir fried veggies in this spicy soy sauce. Oh and it includes a soda all for $ 7.99! Yum yum yum. Can’t get enough!

Nice little ‘hood seafood eatery. Can anything from the sea either fried or grilled. Ridiculous specials and great for the Fridays I can’t eat meat.*Shakes fist at the sky* Also, in the summer if you want to grill something up, just let them know what kind of cuts how you would like it seasoned and they will be grill ready for you upon pickup.

The food was delicious, the inside of the store, not so appealing. Crab cakes to die for, the menu was oddly crafted, the best way to describe it would be to say that it is a seafood cuisine with an asian twist. Just because the side was literally a stir fry. They have two small tables in there but from what I saw it’s mostly a takeout spot. Also the menu needs to be updated because I ordered something and they told me they no longer had it, i think it was the portobello stuffed crab cakes. All in all, perfect spot for lent season.

For my peoples who no longer can stand actually living in and dining in the city of Philadelphia. I have found we’us a seafood spot. LC is a quaint Asian-American run seafoodery [if that’s a word, I doubt it]. They have fresh seafood from scallops, to Lobster, Shrimp, Crabs [I have to inquire about bushels. Although I don’t think they sell their crabs by the bushel], Mussels, Oysters, you name it they have it. They sell the usual platters that all come with fries, slaw or macaroni salad and a can of soda. What I like is that the food is fresh, well cooked and great tasting. They have family sized orders, as well as individual sizes. You can order in and pick it up. There’s plenty to like about LC and the main thing is that it isn’t in the city, yet not too far from it either. The lighter shade can get down too. Yay!
