I had the Refresh team back at my house a second time a few weeks ago. I purchased a 2-​hour full house cleaning special and had to reschedule a few times, due to a massive ice storm and power outage, but I was finally able to find a time that worked. Refresh was very amenable to rescheduling.
The work they did on my house was impeccable and well exceeded the 2 hours in the special I had purchased. The two-​person team, this time it was Gloria and business-​owner Rob, literally scoured every room in our house. Every crevice in our 1959 bathrooms was left cleaner than ever. The kitchen counter and all appliances were sparkling. Even the toaster oven and tea kettle looked new, after both had been polished. Hardwood floors were swept then polished. Rob even shook our throw rugs out, outside.
I am so happy to support a business that’s both local and hard working, and I’m completely wowed by their prices. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a house cleaner.

Rob and Jason cleaned my place. They were very professional and my place looked great! I wish I had a before and after pic of my appliances. Sometimes when strangers come into my home I worry about expensive jewelry laying around. I realized after they left my Rolex watch had been «hanging out» in the bathroom. It was neatly moved to the side. They stayed longer than they were supposed to and did more than I asked them to do! They had a caring attitude! This is the exact type of business that should succeed in America. I hope you give them a chance!!! They know their stuff! I saw one bad review here and am sorry if that was her experience but I find it hard to believe.

I bought a voucher from Amazon Prime. Emailed and called this company several times and zero response. Terrible communication! Very unreliable. I would NOT ever recommend this company.

I had some work done on my home so my condo was covered in dust. I looked in groupon to see if there are any home cleaning deals; that is how I found refresh. I would love to be able to say you get what you pay for, but 50 percent off or whatever it was is not worth it.
First things first, they were nearly an hour and a half late from the scheduled time. I didn’t get a call with a heads up, and had to call repeatedly and be late for work. They cited «traffic» and «getting lost». I realize they were coming from norristown and I live in the city (and the streets are numbered there by the way) but compensation for the know traffic from norristown, or scheduling me later in the day, would have been considerate.
They offered to do a few other services for free like cleaning the oven to make up for it. My oven however was not cleaned when I got home.
Furthermore, in cleaning, whatever product they used stripped the new finish off of a part of my floor which was by the door. They must have started there. All shine was taken off and you can see circular mop marks. Turns out they rooted through my utility closet to find actual hardwood floor cleaner. Not that they put the closet back in order where they found it, but at least they didn’t ruin all my floors. They just used my swiffer probably.
Also in my kitchen they moved around what i had on the counter, which included glass canisters where I had pasta. I noticed they were out of order… And then in picking one up penne spilled on the floor. A corner was broken and a hole in the bottom of the canister, no glass to be seen thank god.
I would not recommend. At all. Not only am I out what I paid but probably have hundreds of dollars of damage to my hardwood floors and made me over an hour late to work to wait for them to damage my condo.
