Terrible costumer service!!! I presented a coupon on my phone and the worker was rude and unwilling to accept it if it wasn’t printed. Her tone of voice and words were demeaning and unnecessary. Never, never patronize this Rita’s!

I visited this place a few weeks ago on a campaign trip to PA. In my mind for some reason I envisioned this being the East Coast’s response to Dairy Queen and was really hoping the Oreo Blendini would be just like the Oreo Blizzard. Sadly I was mistaken. It was nothing like it. Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t horrible but just wasn’t a Blizzard. It did taste a little more icey than ice creamy though. In hindsight I completely wish I would’ve gotten one of the Gelati like all the«regulars» were ordering but I had to be different. Next time I get the opportunity to visit a Rita’s that’s definitely what I will be ordering(then updating this review). I do recommend you give them a try.

Rita’s is the definition of average. I do support them alittle every once in a while since they are from philly, however they are not the best place to get water ice in Norristown. Not even the second best. If you want good hard water ice go basically next door to Via Veneto. If you more watery water ice check out the main st. main stay and locally operated buddy’s water ice.

As a out of towner, I didn’t know places in the East Coast close down during the winter! Luckily, Rita’s Ice was still open! A juicy pear misto was a nice treat after exploring Valley Forge. The Oreo blendini was also delicious and like a McFlurry, but with more options! Can imagine Rita’s as an awesome place during the summer when its warm.
