If Unilocalers skim my other reviews, I hope they find them equally thoughtful and truthful with attention to details both positive and negative. I have also been quite touched when a couple of business owners have contacted me to address a negative experience. Imagine my surprise, then, when I got a notification today, YEARS after my experience with this specific franchise, from the owner. Much as she did to me at the time, she spewed vitriol and attacked me with similar«bending of the facts» of my experience. «Victim blaming» and«gaslighting» are the phrases that come to mind first. Even if I had not gone through the Hades of my first experience, I cannot fathom a business owner behaving in this way, ever-especially out of the blue so long afterwards. It was so unexpected I combed the Unilocal site looking for the equivalent of a message or business blocker for harassment. This person is off her rocker and knows my address. Not a good combo. My advice: Please consider VERYCAREFULLY who you choose to repair any damage to your home due to tonight’s upcoming storm and all future weather events!

Given the name of this franchise of Servpro a couple years ago, and the headaches that resulted over the course of the project make it tough to give them anything but one star. The service started out well, with ripping out carpeting and tile quickly and relatively cleanly, but the uncommunication and expediting of the project was unacceptable. Excuses like«the guy was on vacation and no one else handled the orders» and«missed messsages» just don’t cut it with today’s service competition. As a result, after another recent need for a restoration project, we asked for another Servpro franchise, from Blue Bell — and they were a dream to work with, handling our issue within days, friendly and competently.
