Supercuts

Recently I had a very important occasion to attend. Luckily last minute Autumn took me in. I have extremely thick and crazy hair and she made it look beautiful! She did it in no time! I won’t ever go anywhere else or WITH anyone else but her! Thankyou so much! Best hair salon I’ve ever been too!

My 3 year old was in serious need of a cut. My hair is cut short so i do it myself, but i found out his soft curls are a bit tougher to manage. Randomly picked this place. Never been to one before so had no expectations. I was pleasantly surprised. She was sweet to the kid and he doesn’t really mess with strangers. Cut was nice. He was proud of it and my wife actually thought it was cute which never happens. I think the stylists name was maddie? All the ladies were very nice and they take walk ins which helps because I have a hectic schedule. I assume cuts taking longer than 10 minutes you should make an appointment to be civilized:) don’t know about the rest of their services but I have been back twice now and the recent stylist was just as nice and did a great job.

Just had a great experience at Supercuts in Trooper. I needed to have my hair styled last minute for a party, and they were great. Cortney was very professional and kind, and did a great job. I did feel bad for her as there were a few people waiting and she was the only one there…but she stayed focused and did a wonderful job! The place was immaculate…and I could see nothing that was out of the ordinary. . and I am really picky about cleanliness! Thanks!

Frustrating explaining myself repeatedly

This review is based on my personal experience with only one hairdresser — not every hairdresser here.
This was my first time here and I will be searching for a place that has more experience with different types of men’s cuts.
I didn’t ask for anything crazy and even had pictures of myself with the exact cut from only hours before. Start at the bottom with less than a 1 guard and do a clean transition to a 2 guard closer to the top. Keep the top finger length all over with scissors.
She stopped and had me look in the mirror to see if the sides were good. I showed her the picture again and pointed out that it needs to be higher up. This happened a total of 3 times.
After a wash and dry she said we were good to go. Running my fingers through my hair I noticed that the length towards the back on the top was significantly longer than the rest. She said that she did that so my hair would lay a certain way due to a small cowlick. I never had a hairdresser do that before and I asked that she cut it to the same length as the rest of the top as I originally requested. When she was done it was immediately noticeable that the hair on top was multiple different lengths in different areas.
She did some more cutting and the end result is tolerable. It’s not what I asked for and the experience here was frustrating.
I completely understand that different people communicate in different ways. Though a picture and showing where on my head the sides should finish should prove adequate.
I am in no way trying to say this is a bad place for getting your hair cut — only that the hairdresser was not the right one for me. She was nice and didn’t appear to be fresh out of hair school. Only criticism is that she was quick to get cutting the hair and didn’t take a few extra seconds to listen to how I wanted it done when first trying to explain it.

I had a very negative expierence at the super cuts on Henderson road and swore i’s never set foot in another super cuts… never say never, after coming from planet fitness and feeling «bushy» I said…“why not”.i was pleasantly surprised. the store was very clean, the staff friendly and Shahar cut my hair perfectly. The sign of a good hair cut, especially with short hair is how it grows in and mine was perfect. went back a second time and got the same results. I like Shahar because although she is very friendly, she’s not a talker, she cuts my hair and we’re

Just waited 40 min to find out that the girl that cut my hair last month was out today for a «family emergency»? Heard this one before. Did I mention that I made an appointment last time I was here in hopes that I wouldn’t have to deal with the wait again? No one bothered to call me and let me know that Erica would be out. Not sure if it’s their crappy scheduling system or if the girl that cut my hair (not gonna use the word «hairdresser») is really just that irresponsible. This place seems to be grossly understaffed or maybe they can’t manage a schedule. Both times I have been here they were on an hour + wait.

Friendly staff and clean and professional environment. It’s Supercuts so don’t expect a high end salon, but it’s a nice location. After I moved out here it became my place to get a haircut.
