Friendly every time as soon as I walk in the door. they know their stuff too, super knowledgeable about plumbing and electrical in my experience. Thanks for being there what an amazing local place to shop

I own an aircraft repair biz at the airport. I have used this store for all of my basic shop supplies. I notice that many of the items I purchase are out of stock when I need them. That may just be my bad luck, but Today I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to pay for the few items I needed that were in stock. I was one of two people in the store. Two employees were chatting in the back watching me wait and made no effort to move. This is poor service. Now I simply turn left out of the airport and go to aubuchon in williamstown. People wonder why Walmart is taking over. To me it is clear.
I don’t run my business like this and have zero tolerance for those that do.
