Seriously. This might be the slowest drive thru DD. I can’t speak for the inside speed. It almost always takes longer than the average DD regardless of my order and it’s not always right. When it takes that long, it’s not worth the extra time for them to «get it right». Customer service/friendliness is inconsistent. It will be worth finding a less convenient location on my drive, even if it involves on on the opposite side of the street. It’s worth the extra traffic to have better service. Bummer.

They just don’t know how to make their Dunkin Donuts coffee. The orders come out screwed up. Service is slow and impersonal. That’s the consistency.

This is the most disgusting Dunkin Donuts I have ever been in. While waiting far too long in line to order-in for me and my two small boys, there were no less than 6 flies buzzing around myself and the other customers. Who knows how many more were buzzing around the food. There were stains everywhere. I’m not sure when the place was cleaned last but it wasn’t recently. There were five of us in line, one slow worker on one register while five other workers were all focusing on the drive through. This was 8:00 on a Sunday morning and half of their food shelves were empty. The cashier had to tell at least two customers that they didn’t have what they wanted either because they were out or some machine was broken. Not that I wanted to eat there anyway. Finally after maybe 10 minutes of waiting I took my boys and left. I will NEVEREVER set foot in that place or use their drive through again. Absolutely atrocious.

The service is consistently terrible. There is a total of ONE individual that seems to get you can’t be a jerk to customers. I’ve gone there because it’s close to where I live, but forget that. I’ve had messed up orders, consistently. You wait forever and a day just for them to take an order, even when there are few customers or orders. I’ve had someone make a comment about my kids mixed race. Stopped going inside after that. I’ve had someone yell at me through the drive through to hurry up. And today I had someone do the same, and when my 8 and 10 year old couldn’t speak fast enough to give me their order, the lady cut me off and completed my order. Needless to say, I lost my cool. The manager met me outside and proceeded to school me on the use of «profanity» in front of my kids. Are you kidding me?! The issue is your store’s complete lack of accountability, continuous mess ups, lateness, and rudeness to customers. And you’re concerned about cursing and what I’m «teaching my kids». Lady, I’m teaching my kids that if you want respect, you give it. And if you can’t treat a person like a human being, instead of a hassle when they’ve done NOTHINGWRONGTOYOU, then you get what you put out. Stand up for yourself, and in this case, my kids and myself. That is what they witnessed. I’m a manager myself, and would never allow my workers to be mistreated by customers. I also would never allow my workers to say or do the amount of crap they’ve said and done here. I also wouldn’t stray from the topic to an irrelevant one, such as my mothering skills, or force a scene with a clearly angry customer. Having said all that, I can see why they are staffed with what they have. Give that woman a mandatory course on de escalation and hiring procedures because she is lacking on both fronts.

This dunkin donuts is consistently terrible. The only reason I’ve gone to this one as much as I have(only a handful of times) is because it is the closest one to my office. Everytime I go through the drive thru I always have to repeat my order because they say it back wrong. It’s not a difficult order to remember either. Last time I asked for a bagel with extra cream cheese(cause DD usually tends to skimp on cream cheese) and when I opened my bagel, there was only cream cheese on ¼ of it-and they charged me for the extra cream cheese! My coffee usually comes out way darker than I ordered it and this morning I thought it looked pretty good so I took it back to my office. When I took a sip, I realized that my «caramel» iced coffee was plain. So I drove back there. The manager didn’t even apologize, and instead of making me a new one just put the caramel in the existing coffee and just slid it over to me and walked away. Not to my surprise, I wasn’t the only one in there at that particular moment who was complaining that their coffee was made wrong! She was also given the exemplary customer service as I. From now on I’ll either be splurging on starbucks or traveling a little further for a better quality DD.

It amazes me how often my basic order gets messed up here. It’s at a convenient location but a very tight drive-thru and I only go there when truly convenient.

Best Customer Service of Any Dunkin Donuts any where. I go for a large Hot Chocolate and If there is a line don’t worry they have you in and out in a Flash and most of the time they remember what you want which is Fantastic.

This is not so much a review as it is just my personal observation of this American staple. If you haven’t been there you must be new to this planet. Coffee ok, I prefer the ice over the hot. If the donuts get any smaller they’ll have to come up with another name for them. They are half the size they used to be. They even had to change the boxes because they got so small. Decent muffins, the egg sandwiches are your best bet however they may be put together fresh & heated up when you order them, but its a stretch to say their«fresh». The new cinnamon stick is a joke. Service is about as inconsistent as it gets. Parking at most locations seems to be an afterthought. Honey Dew is better.(can we get one in N. Andover please). Heavenly Donuts in Haverhill so much better & bigger. But the best donuts anywhere is Kane’s in Saugus.
