I was a client for 2 – 3 years before I moved from the area. Best trainer(that would be Adam Genetti) and the best facility I have visited. It is small and personal, just you and the trainer(or possibly two clients and two trainers, that’s it). Quiet, comfortable vibe and they truly care about your progress. I have worked out at the other gyms –Gold’s, Planet Fitness, Latitudes — none came close to my experience at Fitness Together. I wish I lived closer and could still afford it — I would be back in a flash!

I can’t say enough good things about FT in North Andover. I joined a little over 4 months ago because, at nearly 50 years old my sedentary lifestyle was causing problems. I was more active in my younger years, but only in spurts because boredom would set in. I had made several recent failed attempts at getting in shape. I really needed to feel better. I joined FT because I knew I needed the discipline of a trainer/coach and a scheduled appointment. I have worked with each of the trainers at FT, from each I learn varied exercises and training methods, and each trainer significantly varies each routine. It took about 3 months before I started doing repeat routines, the diversity of the routines effectively stave off boredom for me and the trainers seem to know just how far they can/need to push you for you to achieve your goals. Personal trainers are not cheep and at FT they make sure you get your money’s worth. If you are not serious about starting a training routine you should not join FT in North Andover. They take your fitness very seriously and expect you to do the same. I did not join to loose weight(although I needed to) my goal was just to feel better, 40 pounds and 4 months later and I feel great. I have recommended a friend join and he did and he is also highly satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend FTNA to anyone who is serious about getting into shape and changing their life for the better. I never thought I could do it, the excellent, highly trained group at FTNA showed me I could, and better yet taught me how.

I joined the gym after no exercise for 20 years. The trainers are clearly better with people in shape who want to kick it up a notch than the people who are out of shape. They expected too much too soon. They may have their degrees in fitness, but NOT in physical therapy. Told one trainer I had pain in my knee with a certain move and he told me to keep going and trust him, he has been doing this a long time. I had knee pain and swelling for a week. The owner Maureen was friendly and said she cared about my health, but after no results in 3 months and 16 sessions she did not reply to my email expressing my fustration. They would also screw up who I had appointments with. This is one very unsatisfied customer who is waiting for the return of money I I have yet to use… and knowing from the lack of reply from owner, will not receive the $ 1000.00 + still sitting there. Please go in with eyes open and know that they are a business and are paid to pretend to care about your fitness and wellbeing.
