Heav’nly Donuts

Love their coffee and they have almond milk for it and my favorite cowgirl vegan cookies. Now they have whole wheat English muffins!

This is my go-​to coffee spot nowadays. They have so many flavors of coffee to choose from and they are all delicious. The pastries and doughnuts are fresh and yummy. And the staff is friendly, hard-​working and all seem to know what they are doing. What else can you ask for in a coffee shop?
Many times I have gone in and the place has been crowded with a long line, but it moves along pretty quickly most of the time. I used to drive-​by and skip coffee here because the parking situation is not ideal (most spots are curbside parking on a busy main street), but now I am used to it and am there regularly. I actually drive past another Heavenly Donuts that has a large parking lot (but terrible-​horrible service) just to get to this location. VERY happy here!

The Barnyard Breakfast Sandwich on an Everything Bagel ALL DAY LONG! Service is great. Parking can be difficult at times. I will go out of my way to go here rather than stopping at any Dunks.

I hope who ever reads this will let the employees in North Andover a very Wonderfull Thanksgiving. Thanks as always the great service this morning. the line in the morning can be to the door and as always goes very quickly.

Best coffee, donuts, and breakfast sandwiches around! They have an enormous selection of iced and hot coffee flavors on their standard menu, with new and seasonal flavors constantly being rotated in, making every visit a new and exciting experience even for regular customers who go several times a week. All breakfast sandwiches are made from scratch, served hot (not always an easy quality to find), not messy or greasy, and they don’t skimp on the meat, so you’d be hard pressed to find a better sandwich even in a sit-​down restaurant. Taking into consideration Heav’nly’s reasonable prices, and their efficient, friendly service, there’s very little left to be desired. Although I’m posting on the North Andover Heav’nly’s page, my review can apply to all Heav’nly shops I’ve visited, as I’ve received the same exceptional level of service and quality from each location, and I’ve been to almost all of them!

This is definitely a go to spot if you live in the area. I was pretty excited to learn there would be a Heav’nly Donuts opening in North Andover and I have not been disappointed. I’m assuming there are many people who share my sentiment, as the place is always packed with customers!
I’ve never once had to wait more than five minutes to get to the front of the counter and put in my order, which I find much more tolerable than the wait I’ve had at other places in the area. The staff is always friendly and seem to know a majority of the people who are there. They take the time to talk with everyone — even while moving quickly to get orders out to everyone.
I thoroughly enjoy their iced coffee and they have a tremendous amount of variety. I’m a sucker for the blueberry though, while my wife has fallen in love with the snickerdoodle flavor. The food is always excellent and never tastes old and stale. The Texas donuts are Texas sized and delicious. the glazed croissants are incredible and the donuts and muffins are, well, heav’nly!
A true gem for the area and would highly advise you stop in. None of the larger chains can compare!

Best and the freshest muffin and donuts in the Merrimack Valley but there hot Coco could be a lot better and there Customer Service Could be a lot Faster there always a long wait in the weekday mornings

My husband was thrilled when they opened down town. The staff is courteous and pleasant (so hard to find these days). Their food product is comparable to other establishments. They’ve got plenty of seating, not cramped, and free wifi. I only wished that they listened when an order was given. When you ask for something on the side you don’t always get it that way. When you order coffee in the summer they assume you want iced without asking. However, these in the grand scheme are «little things» and can be easily fixed. What can’t be is their level of friendliness is second to none which is what matters most.

The best part about having to drop my husband off at work in N Andover! Frequently busy, but the enthusiastic employees keep the line moving. I have not had anything bad yet, in fact it’s all been super fresh and tasty! I love love love their French cruellers. I’ve tried several flavored iced coffees and all were quite yummy. The breakfast sandwiches with fresh eggs are awesome too. They take a couple extra minutes, but it’s worth it. Next to Honey Dew, Heav’nly Donuts is my favorite ^_^

Our friend, Effie, and her husband opened this location in April and the 5 star review isn’t because we know her and think she’s great but the store deserves the rating. I don’t frequent the other stores due to their location and am glad they’ve opened one close to home. The store is really cute and cozy, not like the feel of a Dunkin. Their iced coffee is the best… not to mention their baked goods. My favorite so far is the coffee cake muffin. I have been several times a little after lunch and there are always customers in line but the line moves quickly. The staff is friendly, attentive and appears to enjoy what they do. I have also tried the chicken salad sandwich which is nicely prepared on toasted bread. Great job Effie, Congratulations!
