Ideal Image was a great place for laser hair removal! The women there were super helpful in my process of learning about, selecting, and then having a treatment done. The facility was very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend.

The staff at Ideal Image in Andover are so informative & helpful. The place is really clean & well maintained.
I am on treatment number four & looking forward to the day when I am hair free :)
They do offer a lifetime warranty but there is a charge every time you go. For me, it will be about $ 125 each time I go after my package is done… I do feel that’s slightly high after how much I paid to begin with but I will re-review at the end of my sessions that came with the package & see how this worked.
I don’t sugar coat… so, stay tuned!
I do love their bedside manor & they have been addressing my concerns as they come up. Haven’t met anyone there in Andover that I haven’t loved!

I really can’t say enough about my experience at the N. Andover Ideal Image. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and do their best to make your visits comfortable. Jenna is fantastic at explaining everything and really makes you feel welcome.

The staff in the North Andover office are very professional and friendly. They are also very efficient, so for many of us who don’t have a lot of time they are very quick and get you in and out. The office is very clean and nicely decorated, so it’s actually an enjoyable experience going for appointments. I recommend going in and checking it out!

I’ve always contemplated laser treatments and what it would cost vs. the benefit. I finally took the step and asked Ideal Image for help. Not only was I given incredible pricing, but my consultant Amanda answered every single one of my questions from financing to procedural to results and long term expectations. She has been extremely professional and informative without making me feel pressured to purchase. If you are thinking about laser hair removal I would 100% recommend making an appointment at this office.

After a free consultation from a med spa and then visiting Ideal Image– I could tell a big difference. 1^st they hire medical staff to perform treatments. They back up the results with is called a lifetime membership. The lady I met with was Awesome! she spent an hour showing me the laser, the technology and the medical staff. It is a good investment, it is more than your «esthetician Groupon deal» places but Not even in the same category. Totally the real deal. PS it doesn’t even hurt!!! (That bad) he hee
