I have been here 3 or 4 times and had nothing but absolutely positive experiences each time. We’re in a time where a certain big-box retailer seems to be one of the few places to purchase home audio products. The problem there is the quality is terrible and the staff are totally clueless. So this place is an oasis of knowledge and customer service in a field that seems to be lacking those qualities these days. Employees who are knowledgeable about the products they sell is critical. the big box retailer employee didn’t even know what«out of phase» meant. How can I trust him to make a smart suggestion on audio products? If you want a new phone go to the big box retail store. If you want friendly, helpful and just plain old cool people who know what they’re talking about and know what they’re selling? Go here. The manager, owner and employees have all been outstanding in my nit-picky search for good sound. I have always been greeted immediately and given exceptional assistance here. I plan on making many more purchases here for a long time.

I had Audio Concepts design and install an audio system in my business. I had absolutely no problems. They did what they said they would do. Their price was reasonable, finished on time and didn’t have to call them back for anything. Can’t ask for anymore. They are a more high end store. You get what you pay for. The staff has been great, they know their business. You can’t compare this place to Best Buy. They are two very different stores.

Waste of time and money — believe the low star ratings. Called first to ask for spike pads for my Paradigm LS-25 speaker stands. Was told they had pads in stock, so I drove over. Took a spike with me and asked for spike pads or rubber spikes when I walked in door. One store rep told the other to go hunt around i the back. He came back with nothing. Said he would have to order from Paradigm. Repeated over and over LS-25 because he couldn’t remember the stand model number. Store called a couple of weeks later said my order was in. Drove over a second time … spike kit, not pad kit is what they ordered So, still using pennies to keep the spikes that came with my stands from piercing the wood floor. Cost me $ 30, but it was a cheap lesson of where not to do business. Thankfully I now know not to use Audio Concepts for the subwoofer and A/V receiver I need to finish off my system. Could have been a much bigger mistake. Shop elsewhere.

I have stopped in here twice and the store has every thing you need for your home entertainment systems. Everything from audio, video to lighting and remote control drape systems. I found the staff to be very friendly and eager to answer your questions. If you don’t know anything about home audio video they take the time to show and explain the why and how’s for the TVs.

This place by far had the worst customer service ever!!! The employees are extremely rude! Well they are rude until they know what your looking for and how much you want to spend. I will never go back here or will I ever recommend this place! I am surprised this place is still open
