We locked ourselves out of our apartment and Mark showed up promptly. He was extremely professional, and after spending over an hour on a lock that had an extensive security device within, charged me a minimal amount. Would highly recommend these guys!

I would never, ever recommend this company to my worst enemy. I called them to change the locks on my house after I recently purchased my new home. The man who arrived was less than professional. He spent the majority of his time complaining to me about his various personal issues. He threw small shards of metal into my garden bed (without asking first) where, quote un-​quote, no one would cut themselves. Well, I already did cut myself through my leather gardening gloves. The best part is, one of the locks he changed didn’t even work properly afterwards. When I turned my key in the lock on the handle it would rotate 360 degrees! Given that I had lost confidence in this «professional’s» technical ability I ate the cost and had another lock smith come out and re-​do all the previous work. This was a complete waste of time and money, do yourself a favor and save yours.

Excellent serivce with reasonable prices. I needed a key made to open my lock box. He was quick and affordable. I checked Angie’s list and found Cobb’s to be the better choice.
