Old Navy

Definitely one of the better Old Navy stores.
I like my local Old Navy better, but this store has some big strengths.
First, it’s one of the remodeled stores. Has the new look, as well as a cool, improved interior design than some of the other Old Navy stores.
Second, (for the most part) the store is clean & organized, and has a good selection of items to choose form and did not seem at all picked over.
Third, the staff throughout the store were all friendly, kind, and helpful finding items and answering a question I had (EVERYTHING was 40% off in the store today!!!)
Finally, the parking for the store wasn’t an issue and the checkout lines moved very quickly an weren’t too, too long.
Overall, pretty good Old Navy. Just doesn’t compare to some of the others. 4 stars.

No matter how many times I visit this location, it never fails to absolutely amaze me.
…It’s that disorganized.
Every time (and I do mean, every time, with no exaggeration) I walk in, the store looks like a category 5 hurricane casually passed through. Kids clothes thrown about the checkout lines, random shirts spilling out of their displays and yup, the clearance area absolutely defies all social nuance. Looking for a size ten? You just grabbed a size two!
As far as selection goes, compared to the Warwick or Smithfield locations they’re seriously lacking in the women’s department. However for those with a hoard of children, they’re fully stocked.
Additionally, it doesn’t seem to matter the time of day, year, etc I stop in: it’s always an obnoxious explosion of clothes all up in my face.

I like Old Navy and the deals are some of the best! Not the greatest looking one that I’ve seen, but good service and cheap clothing is always a plus. I will continue to shop here as long as they are friendly and prices remain the same. More like 3.5 stars than 3.

This Old Navy location is currently going through a renovation to expand and get a fresh new look. I have been using this Old Navy location for a couple of years and the construction put me off, but I still decided to shop there. The setup was a bit off until they could open the proper entrance, but everything was easy to find. The three staff members they had on that day were super friendly and helpful, making chit chat and offering smiles and even compliments on outfit choices. When I payed, I received several discounts for the sales the store ran and the cashier offered free coupons for next time. I ended up saving 50 percent off my selection, which was great! I would say the only draw back is the construction, and the slightly smaller size now, as compared to Providence Place.

Every Old Navy is good at something.. . it’s always a mystery though, as to what a new location will hold. I have come to discover that yes this location is small, and yes they have a limited selection of adult clothing, BUT they do have one thing that I appreciate.
An extensive selection of basics.. .
I left here with a couple basic v-​neck cotton tee’s for an extremely reasonable price. I was tempted to delve into their ribbed tank tops and sandals collection but I told myself I’ve got a few more months before I should be spending my money on all that.
I was disappointed to find that the store was limited in their adult collection as I’ve been trying to add to a new wardrobe. The empty feel of the store was good and bad. Not many employees milling around to help on the sales floor but nice to not have anyone constantly bothering you in the dressing room.
There are plenty of other Old Navy’s within my proximity with larger selections (i.e. the Providence Place location) so my chances of returning here are slim unless I am in the area for something else.

It may look big from the outside but this Old Navy has a really small collection of adult clothes.
Looking for kids and baby clothes though? No problemo, they take up the entire back half of the store.
Looking for pajama pants? The staple that Old Navy generally excels at? Try somewhere else.
