Don’t call anywhere else. I would trust any job, large or small, to this team. They’re very professional, tidy, and arrive on time! They even follow up to make sure that everything is working to your liking. They are everything you want from a heating company.

I have only ever dealt with these guys once but they were far and away one of the easiest companies I have ever encountered. Spoke to a guy named Josh and he had his team out within a day installing a new unit at my residence. Their price was great and their service and followup even better. Highly recommend these guys for any needs.

Would not recommend wasting your time with this company. Customer service is non-​existent and woman who answers their phone line is useless. Very unprofessional compared to other hvac companies in the area. Don’t waste your time!

I’ve been using BDL since we moved to North Attleboro. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been top notch. Prices are very reasonable and the service is quick, clean and professional. Great local company.

BDL /​Brian [owner] and team are BY FAR the BEST HVAC company in the area they serve! Full removal /​install of new air handler & A/​C condenser in a VERY tight space. Old unit was 25 years old and installed in an old mill that was converted to condo’s. Set up was such that you’d need an 8ft ladder and shimmy into a crawl space to TRY to get to the filter to change it. Brian came up with a very creative new set up so that all I need is a chair to change the filter which I couldn’t thank him enough for! They also created a much better way to access the unit for future maintenance. All of this is a major benefit to me, and for when I go to sell my condo. Thank you so much for the professionalism, family friendly atmosphere and stellar job!

Josh is great, Brian (owner) great, Brian’s son-​great. Really awesome company to work with. Brian actually showed up on the 4^th of July to install our new condenser. This was our 2^nd unit with other multiple issues with our ca in the last 8 years. We had used other heating and cooling companies that don’t even come close to the kind of service BDL offers. BDL took the time to explain everything to us-​after much research — i learned it is all about the install and not so much about the product. So. if you want it done right, you need to use a reliable, trustworthy company like BDL. You should support a local business like BDL that you can trust! Hopefully we won’t need to call them again, but know if we ever have a problem in the future, they will be responsive and credible.

Doesn’t get better than this! One of the coldest nights so far this year and as the room temperature dropped we realized our furnace stopped working. We consulted the interweb and went through the DIY checklist.
Since it wasn’t anything obvious that we cold do ourselves. Then we placed 3 after hours phone calls to different heating services. We left a message for BDL and they called back quickly and had someone here within 30 minutes. (Takes more than that to get delivery from Quans Kitchen… but less yummy) The other two has people answer the phone immediately but the techs didn’t call back right away to let us know when they could come out.
Our igniter failed and needed to be replaced. From the time we place the call to the time the heat was back on was less than an hour! From a mom with two little kids its nice to know that there’s a place out there that can offer such fast and friendly service.
Thanks BDL — your business magnet is on my fridge. I hope I don’t need it again but would call them again if I did.
