Had a carpet cleaning scheduled for Saturday. Tried to call Friday before to confirm but got a answering service. No one showed up or called on Saturday. A lady called Monday to apologize and offered to clean the next Saturday and waive the $ 125 weekend fee. We said we would think about it and call back. We decided to call another company. However, Duraclean still showed up the following Saturday even though we never called back to accept their offer. I told him sorry but he was a week late and we already called someone else.
