Greater CSRA Chem Dry

Showed up on time and was professional. Did 5 rooms, hallway and stairs in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price. Carpet was cleaner than expectations. Carpet was not soaking wet when done so it dried fairly quickly.

These guys did a super job. They arrived on time, were very professional and worked very hard to make sure I was happy with the job. I had a carpet that had been badly cared for by a renter and it had many stains and overall just a lot of tracked in dirt. They pre-​treated the stains and were very nice about all the little spots I asked them to pre-​treat. They did an excellent job, they went over everything twice and were really putting muscle into it. I could see from watching that if someone just went over it quickly without pushing into the carpet it wouldn’t have done half the job.
They used a different machine than is shown on the national website, but after talking to them about it I think it was better and the end results were super… better than I expected! The two people that did my job were Johnathan and Antonio and I will definitely ask for them again and recommend them to my friends.
