I visited the Salon several months ago and was immediately ignored. After being finally talked to and sat down the gentleman did not cut it as I asked and left it uneven in places. He also talked to a woman about his personal life and even talked on the phone with a personal matter that seemed like it could have waited until he was finished with me. I had to go to another chain salon to have it fixed. I spent good money and was returned with a inferior product. I will never return.

Still struggling with the shredded hair Jayson left me with back in May. Everytime I look in the mirror or go to wash and style my hair I am so upset I didn’t just have the courage to jump out of Jayson’s chair and run out of his salon. I so wish he’d listened to me and not just decided to go all «Edward Scissor hands» and leave me with the disaster he has. Unless you are ready and can accept whatever Jayson decides he wants to do with your hair… either be extremely specific about what you want and prepared to run out if things start going wrong or simply skip this place and find a stylist who’ll listen and you can trust.
