Since moving to the USA my American wife has instilled in me that service is everything. We arrived at this branch of Jersey Mike and as it was a Saturday afternoon the place was empty. As you would expect if you are the only person in the place you would expect tip top service. We were greeted with — I will be with you in moment. After about 2 minutes of waiting the young lady decided to serve us. I then noticed there was actually two staff in the place and both seemed to be busy doing not a lot. This was our first visit to this branch of Jersey Mikes since it opened recently. Food was good would I go back probably as I like Jersey Mikes. Really need to work on the service here though.

Expensive sandwiches and so little meat, no cheese, and very little choices to put in your sandwich. Might as well call it Jersey Mikes Bread’s. Spent 50 something dollars there for 5 sandwiches and that did not include drinks or chips. For that price I should of just took my family to a restaurant or hell just go to subway or McDonald’s and pay way less than that and also includes drinks.
