Publix Super Markets

Usually Publix is the place to come to get subs, but recently the service here has been terrible, either they are always out of things or no one is there to help you. Very disappointed with this.

I’ve been to this store many times and had nothing, but good experiences until today. The cashier was absolutely rude she was an older black lady and I had fruit fall off into the floor. Just because I had my little baby boy and was going grocery shopping without my husband she said under her breathe «She works for a living» assuming I was on welfare. I am in the US Army and on maternity leave my husband is working. I never been on food stamps, welfare, and don’t even have WIC. She didn’t even try to help her coworker clean up the fruit that fell on the floor that she caused but blamed me for it. She rang me up and I was waiting on the other lady to get me another fruit and she wouldn’t even wait and was rushing me. I will definitely avoid going to that particular cashier or avoid going to the store entirely and shop for meat and fruit at another store. I won’t say her name, but maybe she should find another job that doesn’t involve customer service because one bad apple ruins the bunch. Loved the lady who bagged my groceries very sweet and the lady who cleaned up the mess.

Wot no fresh cilantro. Trying to disguise parsley in its place as cilantro won’t fool me. Had to go to Kroger for some :(

Love Publix for many reasons… Boars Head Deli, Great Wine selection, friendly staff, good prices. Can’t wait till they open the one on South Blvd in Charlotte!

The store is kept neat and clean. It may be a little bit more expensive than some other stores. However, certain items like fruits, vegetables, and meats are a higher quality than the cheaper places. Love the Boar’s Head meats and cheeses at the deli. Bakery is one the best around for fresh bread or desserts. Still nice that some place offers to take your groceries to your car and load them for you.

I love Publix. The people here are always very friendly and super helpful. The food is great quality and the dairy and produce stay fresh for a good long time.

Looking for something different go here. Fresh everything and sales are ok, the deli and bakery have great dishes and snacks.
