Ingrid, the manager and stylist at this location, is excellent I’ve not encountered a better stylist at places that charge 3X as much. As a matter of face, she is better than anyone who’s worked on my long, thick hair. I am willing to pay to have my hair done right, and just happened to use Smartstyle one day when I could not get an appointment at my regular salon. Now this IS my regular salon. I’m not sure about the other stylists, but have no doubt that if Ingrid is the manager, the entire staff is top notch.
