I would never use this place again. They took advantage of my 73 year old mother-​in-​law. Our air went out and she was kind enough to be here for the tech to come. We needed a capacitor replaced that is between $ 25 and $ 50. Tech was here for less than 50 minutes. He charged her over $ 400 for the part and labor and then $ 100 for the dispatch call. When we contacted owner to have him review the bill he just stated that he has union workers and that the only thing he could do was refund the $ 100 dispatch fee. Never again!!!

As long as Amazing Air is in business, they have me as a customer for life. Charlie just cleaned my central air unit, and was such a pleasure! Everyone in this company is so nice, and they do an outstanding job. It’s that time of year, folks, and you know you need to maintain you a/​c. Call this company, you won’t be sorry!

When my basement dehumidifier quit i found this company on the Aprilaire web site. mi called them and was assured they could fix it. The tech they sent out had never seen or heard of this model. He did some perfunctory tests, wasn’t able to diagnose the problem, didn’t bother to look at the manual or call their tech support. They charged me $ 100 for doing nothing.

Charged me $ 600 for :10 to install a $ 30 capacitor. [that I diagnosed myself on the internet before they arrived] Trusted them because they were associated with WBIG. Never again.

We had our AC and furnace replaced by Amazing Inc two years ago. After our second annual service call I felt the need to review this company. The initial install was completed in a timely and professional manner. The follow up annual service calls have been easy to schedule and completed quickly. The tech’s are courteous and knowledgeable. I will continue to use this company in the future.

A name which truly reflects their customer service! We have been a customer of Amazing Inc. for over 10 years. We’ve had annual maintenance performed on heating, cooling and central humidifier systems. Technicians are always on time and pricing is very competitive.
