My 2 year old HP laptop was no longer taking a charge so I started shopping around a getting quotes on places to fix it. After getting a diagnostics test from another place and them quoting $ 200 for a new part and labor, I decided to give this place a call.
After a quote over the phone for $ 125 for a special ordered part and labor, I made an appointment and brought my computer over. The very next day, Lou called at told me my computer was ready and that the special order part was actually not necessary. Dropped the price down to $ 75!
It’s really hard to trust people with things that you have no knowledge over. I felt like I was being taking advantage of at the other businesses that were quoting me ridiculous amounts for a simple repair.
This place seems to be the exception, very honest, and trustworthy. Overall great experience!
