Crossfit Aftermath

I was in town from Pasadena California and wanted to get one of my usual Crossfit workouts in while traveling. I sent an email to TJ and received immediately welcoming me with open arms. Upon my arrival, I signed my waiver and TJ introduced me to everyone and took the time to ask about my injuries and limitations before getting started. That left a very good impression on me! I have been to many other boxes while traveling and it seemed like the trainers just didn’t care. This is definitely not the case for TJ and Kristen at Crossfit Aftermath. They took time with everyone, modified workouts if needed and made sure everyone did it true to form and safe.
The facilities are exactly what you would expect from a box, decent sized space, and good equipment. The people were all very nice and welcoming. In fact while I was there, I ran into another traveler from CA working out at the same place.
Thank you TJ and Kristen for welcoming me and making me feel like a regular member of your box. The pleasure was definitely mine and I will be back when travelling to the area again. If you haven’t done Crossfit, this is a good place to start!
