Stopped in over Memorial Day weekend to look at a new SUV. The salesman that walked up to us showed no interest in going over the vehicle or discussing pricing and options. Basically treated the situation as here is the car and here is my card and walked off. No discussion and no attention to customer service and did not even attempt to going over the vehicle. I may be in the early stages of car shopping but should I choose a Ford I am taking my business to another Ford dealer that is going to sit down and explain the options and price.
i had the same experience across the street in 2012 at the Hyundai dealer. The salesmen had no interest in showing me the Hyundai Elantra or discussing the vehicle. 6 weeks later I bought a brand new Toyota Corolla from St. Charles Toyota where I received prompt and courteous service.

Fox Valley Ford I would Highly recommend. The dealership is one of the best around We purchased our last 6 cars/Trucks from them. Gregg our salesman has always sold us ours cars and always followup after the sale ended. The service department is excellent at there duties. Very friendly and professional and get the job done right yes the lounge could be updated but the area is clean. This Ford dealership is one of the best around and worth the trip for a new Ford or servicing you current Ford.

As others have cited. nice to your face. but lack luster everywhere else and they don’t follow thru. When you’re told they’ll call you back. don’t hold your breath. I’ve ALWAYS had to call them back after waiting past «the time».
What Ford said should have been a 3 – 4 day stay, was a 13 day ordeal. And here we are a month out and I’m discovering they «forgot» to load software on the MFT system leaving me without features.
