I don’t think this is even a real company. They use several numbers and locations. I’ve read reviews from people who have experienced the same thing I did.
When you call, some guy with a thick accent answers and tells you that they’re very busy, but he’ll have a tech call you. I called twice and never received a call back. When my refrigerator is not working, I don’t have time for games or jokes and that’s all these guys are good for.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
