Im new to the area and saw this dry cleaner near my home and The older Asian lady is rude and has an attitude all the time, also I took my jeans to get dry cleaned atleast a good 4 – 5 pair and I can’t even fit NONE of them anymore I had a lighter pair of jeans in the bunch and I can’t even describe them anymore the have permanent white ashy wrinkles in them and seem like they shrunk 3 sizes smaller I can’t even button half of them to the top and we’re talking about a over night thing so I know I didn’t gain a whole 3 inches on my waist over night. Terrible Experience never will go there again. I recommend u do the same unless it’s something u don’t care much for u need cleaned

Went to pick up my dry cleaning and was informed that they would not honor their Unilocal coupon! They said it was not them even tho the address said it was. They were not nice about this either.

The Asian lady is prejudice and discriminate customers. She turned down service because I just needed to get my coat sewn and she said she doesn’t sew unless I do dry cleaning. But on the window they advertise alterations. I told her I don’t need dry cleaning and she told me to NO and leave. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLEANERS. The place is also dirty, dingy and very bad customer service. This lady was very rude and disrespectful. Price Quote for a coat dry cleaning is $ 30. What a RIP-​OFF!!! Reporting also to the township of North Aurora for discrimination.

Used to go to cleaners in Geneva and Batavia but thought I would give this local shop a try and instantly regretted it.
I took several dress shirts and my favorite pair of slacks to them. After picking up the items I immediately put on my slacks and noticed that the clasp by the button had been ripped off making the pants impossible to properly fasten and wear. Disappointed, I went back minutes later to show that the garment had been damaged.
This is where the problem started. I explained the situation to the gentlemen working and that the pants were wearable when I dropped them off but had been damaged. He begin by rather rudely insisting that they were like that when they arrived and I assured him that was not the case, having had worn them that same day I dropped them off. Then he proceeded to take out a pair of pliers and attempted to rip the rest of the clasp system off my expensive dress pants trying to prove they were cheap or that it was not possible his equipment did the damage.
Additionally, he said they were unable and unwilling to fix the damage as he maintained it was not caused by them. I understand this must be a constant battle for dry cleaners having people dishonestly try and pin garment damage on them but his argumentative tone and complete lack of professionalism and customer service was very disappointing.
Back to Geneva and Batavia cleaners and if you like wearable clothes I suggest you do the same.
