Dunkin’ Donuts

Pretty standard Dunkin experience.
This location is half DD and half Baskin Robbins — so you can get ice cream cones, sundaes, cakes, etc.
There is an ATM and free WiFi.
Cleanliness:
Not dirty. Not spotless either. About average.
Service:
I’ve never had a problem. Drink is always accurate (I get what I asked for) and tastes good.
Prices:
Standard menu with standard prices.
Location:
Convenient location with plenty of parking.
Dining Room:
They have tables and chairs for approx 14 people.

Terrible! I order the same thing every day and it’s a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance of getting my frozen drink made right. Customers are constantly complaining while waiting on line. They hire young kids that don’t really care and is obvious they weren’t trained very well. It’s a conveyor belt of constant new kid employees poorly trained and on top of that the lines in the morning are ridiculously long which you would expect but the poor training and the fact that there are 3 kids working on 1 persons order is just beyond stupid. The managing of the employees on shift is non existent. Like a bunch of chickens running around with their heads cut off. $ 10 a day to get my order wrong and have to wait to get it remade is really starting to piss me off! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES! This store would really benefit with a suggestion box!

Came in to get a cup of coffee light and sweet and not too hot so i can drink it with ease. The coffee ended up being too hot burning my tongue and the bad taste of not having enough sugar. I didn’t even bother to fix it I went to go get my coffee elsewhere.

This is the only Dunkin Donuts that makes my Mocha Latte exactly the way I like it !!!

Order large caramel latte, pay for large caramel latte. Get small. Tell the boy sorry but I ordered a large, insists that’s a large. Idiots

Took 2 orders to get it mostly right. Monte Cristo was good, caramel latte, ordered a large, got a medium. Place is clean.

It’s Dunkin’ Donuts. How can you improve on that? This location is open 24÷7÷365, also has a Baskin Robbins, an ATM and accepts credit/​debit cards.

Great coffee. Good service but make sure they charge you the correct amount when you are using coupons. They don’t always get it right!
