given a hard time when trying to purchase a game system. I will try other gamestops and hope that the customer service and assistance is up to par. My next review of another local gamestop to follow as I politely walked out without the system. I do not support rude behavior especially when I am looking to come in and spend over $ 400 in one shot

The black guy who looks like a broke Kenan Thompson always acts as if he is better than everybody. Also the white guy with blonde hair takes his job way to seriously. You people work at a video game store, a monkey could do what you do. I will no longer be shopping here after the rudeness I had to experience yesterday, I simply returned a game that was not working and the blonde hair guy had an attitude. I will be taking my business to Play N Trade.
